Tenosynovitis

Tenosynovitis is an inflammatory condition of the sheath (tendon sheath) surrounding a tendon, causing pain, swelling, and reduced mobility. It often results from overuse or repetitive motion and can affect hands or feet, commonly in the wrists or fingers. Early treatment focuses on rest, anti-inflammatory measures, and targeted physical therapy.
