Cuboidal is an adjective describing a three-dimensional shape with roughly cube-like sides, or referring to cells that are cube-shaped. In anatomy, cuboidal cells are roughly equal in length, width, and height. The term is often used in geometry, biology, and anatomy to distinguish from cylindrical or squamous shapes.
