Bruxism

Bruxism is a medical condition characterized by grinding or clenching of the teeth, often during sleep or periods of stress. It can also occur during wakefulness in some individuals. The behavior may lead to tooth wear, jaw discomfort, and headaches, and is typically diagnosed by observation or reports from partners or clinicians.
